Testing and Conclusion

☹︎ Venue Differentiation and Ticket Purchasing:

Users may face confusion in differentiating between venues and ensuring they are purchasing tickets for the correct event at the intended venue.

☺︎ Clearly label each venue section with distinct visual cues on the homepage.

☺︎ Implement a step-by-step ticket purchasing process that includes the venue name prominently.

☺︎ Provide a summary or visual representation of the selected venue during the ticket checkout process to reinforce the user's choice.

☹︎ Seating Maps and Venue Detail Pages:

Users may struggle to find detailed information such as seating maps, parking information, or venue-specific details.

☺︎ Include interactive seating maps for each venue, allowing users to preview and select their preferred seats.

☺︎ Develop dedicated Venue Detail Pages for each venue, providing comprehensive information about seating arrangements, parking options, accessibility features, and any unique venue characteristics.

☺︎ Ensure that links to Venue Detail Pages are easily accessible from event pages, prominently displaying relevant venue information.
