Overhaul the Wells Fargo Center's online presence by redesigning its premium website, located at wellsfargocenterphilly.com. The focus will be on enhancing user experience, incorporating modern design elements, and implementing advanced features to provide a dynamic and engaging platform for visitors.

Wells Fargo Center aimed to create a more user-friendly and engaging platform, optimizing accessibility and functionality for visitors.

Advanced Ticketing System:
Implement an advanced ticketing system to simplify and enhance the online ticket-buying experience for users.




Panels System for Visual Appeal:
Integrate a Panels system with two headers (one header for premium ticketing “site”), emphasizing the Premium section layout, logos, and navigation for a visually appealing and organized appearance.



Search Functionality Improvement:
Implement a robust search feature with categories and overlay, providing users with a quick and efficient way to find relevant information.

Needs and Solutions

The testing for the Wells Fargo Center website redesign will involve comprehensive evaluations to ensure a seamless user experience. Usability testing will gauge user-friendliness, assessing navigation and common task completion. Mobile responsiveness, search functionality, ticketing processes, accessibility, and performance will be rigorously tested to guarantee an optimal experience across devices and for users with diverse needs. Feedback mechanisms will be implemented to collect user opinions, guiding improvements based on their insights.
